Três Condições de Estabilidade / Three Conditions of Stability

"Stability of the Eyesight", "Stability of the Mind", "Stability of the Stance"---The "Three Conditions of Stability" refer to psychological preparation of a practioner while he is being confronted by his opponent, but while both have not yet come into fighting contact. The importance lies in getting oneself pshychologically prepared---having a firm decision, having confidence in oneself, having no fear, keeping oneself calm, keeping a careful observation of the opponent's movements, keeping away from being distracted or disturbed by any strange or unfamiliar movements of the opponent.
